In my clinical experience, I have found there is always an emotional connection to our pain/injury/dis-ease. We hold trauma in our bodies and unaddressed it can result in pain or disease. My intention is to hold space for you by creating a safe container for you to heal.
I love working with patients coming to acupuncture for the first time and helping them to feel comfortable, and hopefully they too will come to love this ancient and still very relevant medicine, like I do!

I am so honored to be entrusted with your care. It is no small thing to allow me to feel your pulse, look at your tongue, and talk about your sleep, eating habits, poop, hydration, etc. I deeply appreciate the trust and openness to share their hearts that my patients bring to me. I am honored to be a container to bring ease and centered care. I see the gold in people, their gift, their innate worthiness, their sacred self. For you to know that you are no accident on this earth. You are a special divine creation, meant to shine your beautiful light. And I love bringing out these truths through my work as an acupuncturist. I take the sacredness of our relationship very seriously.
I love Chinese Medicine. I love to see the impact that this profound medicine has on you. And the ways it offers solutions when you’ve been told there’s nothing that can be done. I love the beautiful unfolding that occurs as I get to work with your system as it re-regulates into higher order. Your body has access to more resources, your pulse changes and increases in strength and flow, and more of who you are becomes even more accessible to you.
The life I am making is one of love, of choosing to give high value to my patients, to serve their wholeness rather than their parts, of honoring the natural rhythms of the body, of continually seeking expansion and knowledge, of healing ancestral trauma, of following my heart's deep passions for fun and cultivating joy, and of choosing to be the change I want to see in the world!
